To keep your fine jewelry in pristine condition, please remove it when,
-Swimming: Chlorine or heavily salted water could lead to your gold being etched.
-Sleeping: Before bed, remove your jewelry to avoid chains being torn or rings being hit against headboards/nightstands/etc.
-Exercising: Avoid damage being done by dumbbells and other exercise equipment by taking off your fine jewelry while exercising.
-Dirt and Food: Avoid wearing your fine jewelry while gardening or cooking that involves immersing your jewelry in dirt, dough, sauce, etc.
The best way to keep your rings safe and happy is to have a designated place to put your jewelry in each room of your house, your car, your office, etc. That way, when it's time to work out or clean, you know exactly where it goes!
